PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU ARE STATING YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ON THIS SITE. Web2PrintPlus.com (Hansen QP, a DBA of Syracuse Computer Forms Inc.) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THE BELOW TERMS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

OFFICE HOURS

Currently our offices are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Our offices will be closed on all national holidays.

ESTIMATES

Custom Quote options is for custom estimates that are not available on Web2PrintPlus.com. Once our office receives your quote, you will be sent a custom estimate within 1 business day.Our options for the following: Browse Our Designs, Upload Your Design or Do It Yourself Online options are estimates, When placing an order if the wrong options were chosen based on your PDF submitted we will contact you for additional pricing.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

When the customer places an order with Web2PrintPlus.com, the customer is responsible for supplying a valid email address. An email confirmation will be sent to the email the customer provided in order to validate that email before any orders will be processed. If you do not receive our emails, please check your email settings before contacting us. We will be unable to troubleshoot your email settings if you call. We will only be able to tell you if the email was sent and received through our email logs. .

MATCH PRINT

We cannot guarantee to match the color of the artwork created on your monitor. Monitors utilize different color than digital printing. Computer screens use RGB color where as digital printing uses CMYK. In order to make sure your file is correct please make sure your color is in CMYK. See our Design Guide.

CALIBRATION

Our equipment is calibrated frequently to provide optimal results.

PROOFS

Low resolution PDFs and/or watermarked proofs are provided for most orders, these are merely for proofing. This is to check for typos, fix artwork, etc. Requested hardcopy proofs will be printed on our proofing machine which is calibrated for CMYK. Some files may differentiate between our Digital/Spot Color printers and proofing machine due to calibration. Please see our Design Guide for more information.

FILE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Customer must follow our requirements listed for each template in order to help us print the job accurately. You can find these requirements listed under each product page where applicable or under our Design Guide. When you upload your files, they will be printed as is, no refund will be issued if requirements are not met. We advise to use our Template Guide to view placement of artwork.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders placed are prepaid. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Along with these credit cards we also provide PayPal. We do not offer cash on delivery or invoice payment options. Some orders will have to be approved by our office before we can process.

We reserve the right to change options which will change the original price due to customer choosing the incorrect options provided. This will be brought to the attention of the customer before order is processed through our office. Once the order is approved by our office and payment is received, we will then process your order.

ORDER APPROVAL

Please be thorough and check your orders before submitting any orders online. We are not responsible for any misspellings, fonts, images or any corrupt files that are put into our system. It is the customers' responsibility to verify all information on the order before approving the order for print. We are not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or logos. The customer guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Web2PrintPlus.com

STOCK

The color of paper stock is not guaranteed in brightness or to match in multiple versions and reorders. The return or refund will be solely up to the staff at Web2PrintPlus.com on discrepancies of this matter. This has not to do with the nature of our skill as printer but entirely up the paper that is shipped to us by the manufacturers.

CHANGE ORDERS

Please be advised that due to the automated nature of the online ordering system, no changes can be made to your order once submitted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If the customer would like to cancel a placed order, they must notify Web2PrintPlus.com immediately via phone before your order is processed through the system. If the art work has not yet been set for press 10% of the total sales order will be withheld in the refund process. No refund will be issued to the services we have provided for Design services. We do not issue refunds once production of an order has begun.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or information that has been provided by the customers. It is the customers' responsibility to check the accuracy of shipping information that has been entered into our system. If a package is sent back to us due to incorrect provided shipping address, We will ship the package again to the right address for additional shipping charges.

CHANGE SHIPPING

Shipping upgrades and changes cannot be made once the order has been placed online. Customers will be responsible for differences in cost. Changes can only be made by calling our facility. You must pay for additional shipping changes over the phone. Currently our system does not currently support split shipments.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time is the number of the business days that it will take to process orders inside our facility. Each product will specify how long it will take us to process your order. Turnaround time does not include shipping time , approval time or any other time period that the job is being processed beyond services that we provide.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 7 to 10 business days from the date of proof approval for printed items, 5 business days or less for digitally produced items, and 3 business days or less for some digital, conversion/bindery orders). Please bear in mind that this could vary depending on the complexity and size of your order, and/or the current production schedule

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We will ship items according to customers' selection during order processing. Some items will be shipped by selected date. If an item is delayed for any reason we will contact the customer immediately. Delivery time and charges are not included in with the price until you complete your order. We are not responsible for 3rd party delays or damages to the product during shipping.

 

We use UPS, various trucking companies, and courier service (locally) to provide you with the most cost efficient method of delivery possible.

SHIPPING RATES

Web2PrintPlus.com is not responsible for postal charges applied to sending proofs or other materials requested by customer. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless it is negotiated otherwise.

RIGHT TO SUBCONTRACT

Web2PrintPlus.com reserves the right to subcontract whole or part of the orders received from its clients via online system or any other ordering methods without customers' knowledge. However we will never provide any credit card or payment details to any third party.

COPYRIGHT

All contents available on this site, including but not limited to graphics, text, site design, etc. with all rights reserved, is the property of Web2PrintPlus.com and protected by intellectual property rights. No persons may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit distribute or modify the contents in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this site, without prior written consent.

RE-ORDERING

Due to the quantity of the jobs we receive, we do not archive orders for more than 3 years in our database. If client is planning to re-order the same job, he/she needs to re-order it within 3 years of the original order date, you may provide a written request to be provided with high resolution files of your artwork with the 3 years time period. Any artwork done by HansenQPOnline.com, we will only provide low resolutions to the artwork.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Web2PrintPlus.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any individual or company with or without a cause at any point of time. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any services performed on the job up to the point of cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. Prices are subject to change without further notice.

RETURNS & REFUND

Please be advised that all orders are custom orders and there is no resell value for any return jobs, therefore all sales are final and no refunds will be made. However, if there are any production related defects on the job (not including color ), we would be glad to assist in re-printing the customers' job at no additional cost with the same shipping method but the customer must ship the entire quantity to us at customers expense within three business days and contact customer service. Orders with no activity will not be given refund after 7 business days of the customer receiving the item.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All sales provided by Web2PrintPlus.com are final "as is". Web2PrintPlus.com does not provide any warranty or services for the products manufactured or sold by Web2PrintPlus.com

INDEMNITY

Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Web2PrintPlus.com, its affiliates, employees, officers and, subsidiaries from all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to client's use of the site. Client also certifies that he/she owns rights to or has a license to use the image(s) being reproduced as part of client's order.

GOVERNING LAWS

Currently Web2PrintPlus.com is powered by Hansen QP, a DBA of Syracuse Computer Forms Inc, located in Syracuse, NY. Therefore, the laws of the state of New York shall govern any disputes regarding any transactions with Web2PrintPlus.com and is subject to settling in the courts within the jurisdiction of courts located in Syracuse, NY

PRIVACY POLICY

Web2PrintPlus.com is committed to protect the customers personal information. We do not share client's financial information with any third party or other companies however, some of our products will be required to be sent through a 3rd party for additional services.

LIMITATION OF LIABLILTY

In no event shall Web2PrintPlus.com, its employees, agents, suppliers, or vendors be liable for any particular, incidental, indirect , acts of nature, delays, consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of data or profit whether Web2PrintPlus.com was notified of these losses in advance. In no event, shall Web2PrintPlus.com be liable or responsible, for any damages or consequences arising from an authorized use of this site or content.

If customer would like to opt out of receiving our promotions they must submit an email to amanda@hansenqp.com to unsubscribe.

Any comment, suggestions, or other information submitted to Web2PrintPlus.com will become the property of Web2PrintPlus.com. Web2PrintPlus.com reserves the right to use such information on its site. When submitting such information, you agree you are transferring, at no charge, title and interest in the information, including copyright and intellectual property rights. You agree that Web2PrintPlus.com shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted base.
